Take Exit 59-Goose Lane. Turn right off the exit onto Goose Lane, then left onto Clapboard Hill Road(beside Yale-Shoreline Medical Center). The farm is one (1) mile on the right.

Route I-95 North
Take exit 59-Goose Lane. Turn left off the exit ramp, and then the first right(Clapboard Hill Road-beside Yale-Shoreline Medical Center). The farm is one (1) mile on the right.
